OBERWART

The EO Einkaufszentrum Oberwart is the largest shopping centre in Burgenland with more than 50 shops and 19,500m2 of sales space. The variety and quality of the shopping centre have been embodied harmoniously through various design elements, such as unusually implemented shapes and colours. The distinctive, round shape of the building integrates harmoniously into its surroundings. 

The dynamic design of the EO is primarily shown in the merging of a generously sized outdoor mall and a two-storey indoor mall, which flow seamlessly into one another through several entrances. The spectacular outer layer of the EO changes colour: by day, it glows in high-energy red and it surprises at night as a vivid play of colours.
