SALZBURG ALPENSTRASSE 92-94

The building complex at Alpenstrasse 92-94/ Otto Holzbauer Strasse 2 in Salzburg, known as the "Frey Property", has been redeveloped and constructed by the Rutter Property Group.

The successful Merkur Markt, which has stood on this site for over 30 years, has been extended and a themed restaurant added. The successful low-budget design hotel chain “Motel-One” opened its first hotel in Austria in the building, which is located right on Alpenstrasse. Customers have access to 218 parking spaces in the courtyard and in the underground car park.
