MERKURCITY, with more than 40 shops, is one of the most successful and important shopping centres in Lower Austria. The heart of the centre, which was built in 1993, is the 4,000 m2 Merkur superstore.
The Rutter Property Group acquired MERKURCITY in 2010 and intends to significantly modernise the shopping centre and expand the sector mix.
